Camper Details
We traveled full-time around the US for nearly two years with three kiddos, so this toy hauler is equipped to handle whatever chaos your crew throws its way. The master bedroom “upstairs” has been converted to a triple bunk; the top bed is a regular twin and the bottom two are twin length but slightly narrower. The memory foam mattresses are only two years old and have plenty of life left. Custom shelving, storage, and a bookcase were added. There is one A/C in the kids' bedroom and one in the living room.
The parents slept in the 10 foot "garage" that has foam tile floor for insulation and a wall-to-wall rug. The happi-jack system allows for the bed to be lowered at night and to be raised in the daytime to convert to a remote office (with a door and optional mountain views). A vented washer and dryer unit is included and is a must for full-time living with kids! There is no heat or A/C back here but there is a vent/fan in the roof and we occasionally plugged in the (included) ceramic space heater and it was comfortable.

Triple bunks - top is a true twin, bottom are twin length but a few inches narrower. Bookshelf added where the door to the bathroom used to be.

Custom storage in the front cap. TV mounted on the right is one of 3 in the camper. This particular unit can also be mounted outside.

Deep storage for things like life jackets, winter clothes, and other items that aren't often used.

Kids custom painted their bunks but we're happy to put a new coat of white on for the new occupant.

Kids custom painted their bunks but we're happy to put a new coat of white on for the new occupant.

Parents room/office in the converted 10' garage. The bed comes down on the Happi Jack system to be accessible by a small step ladder (not included). Can be stored up high during the day with over 6' clearance.

Desk with optional mountain views is ready for remote work from your new office with a door to separate you from the chaos!

The desk can be adjusted up and down so you can sit or stand.

Included vented Splendide washer/dryer unit and all storage shown here.

The floor of the garage is covered in foam tiles for insulation under the rug.

Full disclosure
There was some minor water damage in a corner of the living room slide where a drainage hole in the window had been plugged. We opened the hole, resealed that corner, and it never got squishy underfoot. We had no additional problems with this area
Additionally, the front gray water tank that is fed by the shower and bathroom sink has a crack/leak. We believe it is near the top of the tank as we can take 4 showers before it starts leaking into the underbelly with the 5th shower.
Very minor: Fuse box in the living room won’t stay latched and is held closed with tape. Instrument panel is separating but still entirely functional, see picture below. One mounted reading light on a kids’ bunk does not work. Shower skylight (interior) is separating - does not leak as there is an outer covering but needs to be fixed/replaced to prevent condensation. Living room slide motor will stop and reset when retracting and extending - it did this for the whole time we traveled and was never an issue. The ignitor in the oven doesn’t work, we always lit it with a lighter. The underbelly cover has been cut to access different areas that needed repair in the past but it has been resealed.
Pictured below:
The attached ladder is missing but we are including the extendible ladder we used. We attempted to remove the decals off of the back, added stickers, and ultimately had our VelociRAX Bike rack attached to the hitch in the back that rubbed on it. It’s a mess, see the pictures. Maybe paint it over with a fun color?
A miscalculation with tail swing resulted in a bit of a cosmetic damage at the rear passenger side.
This is not a new camper, it is 13 years old. There is age-related wear and tear. The roof was resealed in 2021 and the entire unit was recaulked.
The tank indicator lights do not work. This is notoriously an issue with most campers over a year old. You will get used to the toilet telling you when it is time to empty the black tank.

Passenger side rear damage due to miscalculating the tail swing. The lights still work.

Panel is pulling apart

13 years of wear and tear separating seal - needs to be fixed

Missing ladder and the current back of the garage
2014 Ram 3500 Longhorn Mega Cab
With its Cummins diesel engine, this Ram 3500 Longhorn Mega Cab is built to outlast the apocalypse. It's like the Energizer Bunny - it just keeps going and going and going (351,000 miles is just getting started for this beast). We have had zero issues with it. It does have some cosmetic battle scars and a few spots of rust but it pulls the camper like a dream and has more interior gadgets than a Bond villain’s lair.
B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck hitch which was awesome for being able to include a toolbox and some supplies in the bed, compared to a larger hitch adaptor
Longhorn trim includes heated/cooled seats, heated steering wheel, Uconnect, navigation, SiriusXM capable, and more
Dash board mounted display integrates wirelessly with the backup camera on the camper
Rear suspension air bags with integrated air compressor and on board air tank
Air hose from regulator in engine bay is bent and leaks air. We keep the fuse removed until the air compressor is needed. Some possible fixes for this include moving the regulator and replacing the hose or adding an on/off switch in the cab. We’re happy to explain this more as needed.
New Pac Brake pneumatic exhaust brake
Requires air pressure to function
Air hose connector on back bumper (great for filling up tires)
Chains included for both camper and truck
Has had EGR, EPF, and DEF deleted. Tuned to stock settings.
Upgraded exhaust
Backup sensors do not work, we used the backup camera and bed camera
Includes 2-5/16” and 2” rear ball hitch
